We booked our stay over New Years as we were visiting family nearby. We chose the larger room as we have a three year old that normally sleeps alone in a big boy bed. The check-in was unproblematic and the staff at the reception was very friendly. The garage feels safe and the spaces are comfortable. The room was pristine clean and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen. The bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast options were great: eggs, sausages, breads, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants, coffee, tea, juice.

Room was great - we got the junior suite and it was bang for the buck! We stayed more than a week and it helped to have a big room. The hotel is located less than a km from the tram stop, and 2 stops away from the airport (making it easy to get food at restaurants or purchase staples/basics at Migros). It is not far from the city center if you know how to work the trams and trains. Vika in reception and Miel at the bar were most helpful, making our stay so much more pleasant! We will definitely stay here again at our next visit.

There is a free shuttle from the airport every 30 min during the day which is great. the driver sometimes leaves a bit early - My family almost missed the shuttle because he wanted to leave 2 minutes before time. The room is modern and comfortable, the smart switches can be annoying. you come for 1 night and it takes you a while to understand how they work. some instructions would be nice. breakfast was great! nearby supermarket

Excellent shuttle service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Windows did open, and the A/C came off when I did - which is much better for the environment and provides better air too. Modern, luxurious and tasteful design throughout.

It was really close to the airport, and the shuttle service was provided for free from the airport. It's only 5 Swiss franks back to the airport. The room is spacious and very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is perfect and spacious, with a great shower and a large vanity to place your travel products.

The hotel room and bathroom are nice and clean, look updated, Staff is nice and kind, It is very easy to reach the tram for going to Zurich center. Shuttle service from and to the airport was very convenient and on time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner and drinks the night before outside on the patio and although the trains could be a little loud, the staff was very efficient and friendly, the food was really good and the drinks were well priced.

I didn’t have breakfast I loved the well stocked and cold free mini bar Saved me having to go downstairs when I was ill Really worth paying for the upgrade The location is good 5 minutes from Denner and other shops if you need them I like being able to hear the birds sing outside in the early morning The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly.

Good size room. Very comfy bed, good shower and clean are our main criteria. All met. Great location with easy shuttle. All good prices. We alm ost paid twice as much for the Radisson at the airport. So pleased we changed for the Dorint. We will be staying again on the way back. The breakfast we exceptionally good and greasy value for Switzerland.

Everything was great. They had their 10th anniversary on our arrival night and had excellent complementary sweet treats for everyone. The airport shuttle service also worked out well. The only downside was the water temperature in the room/shower, the temp. was adjustable, but still wasn't properly hot.
